Shipping Options and Costs

  • Pickup Services: Available at our designated location (contact us for details). No additional cost.
  • Standard Shipping: All other deliveries carry a cost, calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier (e.g., PostNet or Aramex).
  • International shipping is available but may incur customs duties—contact us for quotes.

Delivery Times

  • All devices have a 5 to 7 working day lead time before shipping commences (due to customization or stock preparation).
  • Once shipped, delivery within South Africa typically takes 3-5 working days (longer for rural areas). We provide tracking information via email.

What Happens If There’s an Issue?

  • If a package is lost or damaged, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it—file claims promptly.
