At AgriCCTV (operated by CCTV Central), we aim to provide high-quality CCTV and security products, but due to their specialized nature, our return and refund policy is limited to ensure fairness. This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and is designed to protect both you and us.
General Rules
- All returns and refunds are at our discretion and subject to inspection.
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a request (as per CPA cooling-off periods for online purchases).
- Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice under CCTV Central) is required.
- All shipping costs for returns are for the customer’s account—no exceptions.
Product-Specific Policies
- Agrisense and Safer Street Products: Due to the custom nature of each device, no returns or refunds will be allowed. These items are tailored to your specifications and cannot be resold.
- Other Hikvision Devices: These will be inspected by an authorized Hikvision repair center before any refund is considered. The repair center may deny the refund request based on their assessment (e.g., if damage is due to misuse). If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method, minus any inspection or restocking fees.
Refund Process
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.
- We do not offer exchanges—only refunds where applicable.
- Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Exceptions
- No returns on sale items, software, or consumables.
- If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos for a potential replacement or refund.
