At AgriCCTV (operated by CCTV Central), we ensure secure and straightforward payments, compliant with South African financial regulations.
Accepted Payment Methods
- We use Payfast as our primary payment gateway for credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), instant EFT, and other supported methods (e.g., mobile wallets like SnapScan or Zapper).
- All transactions are in South African Rand (ZAR). Payments are processed securely through Payfast’s platform, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant and supports 3D Secure for added fraud protection.
Payment Terms
- All items are payable 100% upfront before work commences (e.g., customization or order processing).
- Invoices will be issued under CCTV Central for VAT purposes.
- By using Payfast, you agree to their Terms of Service (available at payfast.co.za/terms) and Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review these before completing a transaction.
Security
- We use encrypted, PCI DSS-compliant systems to protect your details.
- We do not store full card information—all sensitive data is handled directly by Payfast.
- In case of payment disputes, Payfast’s dispute resolution process applies first. If needed, you can contact us for assistance.
Fees and Refunds
- Any bank fees, transaction costs (e.g., Payfast’s standard fees, which are included in our pricing), or currency conversion costs are your responsibility.
- Refunds, if applicable, follow our Return and Refund Policy and will be processed back through Payfast to your original payment method.
